What Jim Butterworth Believes.....
The defining events of my life have been when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, when I married Amy, and the births of my three children. Those events have shaped who I am and define for me what is truly important. I offer myself as a candidate because of those things that are truly important.
Some people run for office because they want a title or to deal with some single issue. I seek to serve our larger values. It’s about faith in a loving God, a vision for what northeast Georgia can be, and about protecting those values that we all share.
The Leadership & Vision Jim Butterworth Will Provide....- Promoting policies that recruit new industries to northeast Georgia and help existing businesses create new jobs.
- Partnering with parents, educators and our local schools to provide a world class education for our children.
- Expanding and protecting our water resources.
- Bridge the gap between northeast Georgia and the Gold Dome to solve the pressing policy issues in our communities and our state.
- Protecting the traditional, conservative values we all cherish.
